JOANNE C. PHILLIPS

Joanne C. Phillips is a former Arizona State Director of Special Education, local district special education administrator, and founding owner of the consulting firm, Arizona Education Cadre.  She presents at local and national professional conferences, is a keynote speaker, and a recognized expert in special education legal matters.  She provides statewide staff development and training in autism and various other aspects of special education and disability law to schools, municipalities, and organizations, and is an approved compliance trainer for the Office of Civil Rights.  When not working, she relaxes on horseback and teaches country western dancing.
